Invisalign®

The Easy Way To Transform Your Smile

Eberle Orthodontics in Denver, Colorado is pleased to offer Invisalign® treatment! This revolutionary approach to orthodontics uses a sophisticated system of clear aligners crafted from flexible, medical-grade plastic. These removable trays offer unparalleled comfort while discreetly working to gently and progressively reposition your teeth. Invisalign® is a modern solution for achieving a more healthy, beautiful smile by addressing a variety of concerns such as crowding, spacing irregularities and bite misalignment.

How Invisalign® Works

Invisalign® uses a series of customized, clear aligners to gradually shift your teeth into the desired position, providing a discreet and convenient alternative to traditional braces. At Eberle Orthodontics, we are committed to helping you achieve your dream smile. That’s why we’ve crafted a process that is customized to you!

First, you will begin with a consultation with Dr. Eberle. She will assess your teeth and bite to determine if Invisalign® is suitable for your specific case. From there, a customized treatment plan is created using advanced 3D imaging technology.

Remember the days of gunky impressions? Those are long gone thanks to new, cutting-edge digital scans with our iTero Element scanner, which creates a detailed, virtual representation of your teeth.

Based on the digital model of your teeth, a series of custom-made, clear plastic aligners are created. These aligners are designed to fit snugly over your teeth, and you will wear them for at least 22 hours a day.

You’ll have regular check-ups with Dr. Eberle to monitor your progress and receive new sets of aligners.

How Long Is Invisalign® Treatment?

The number of aligners and the length of your treatment will depend on the complexity of your specific case. You wear each set of aligners for a specified period, usually around 3-7 days, as directed by Dr. Eberle. Each new set of aligners is slightly different from the previous one, applying controlled force to specific teeth to encourage gradual movement. Overall, you may receive your desired results in as little as 6 to 15 months.

Benefits Of Choosing Invisalign®

There are many encouraging reasons for choosing Invisalign®. From its nearly invisible design and comfort to its removability, there are a spectrum of benefits this treatment offers. Some of the benefits include:

If you are intimidated by the looks of traditional metal braces, you will be much happier with the nearly invisible design of these aligners. The aligners are less noticeable thanks to the clear, medical-grade plastic.
Your aligners are removable—that means you can eat what you want, when you want! Traditional braces require a more strict diet in order to protect brackets and wires from being damaged, but that is something patients with clear aligners don’t have to worry about.

While traditional braces may irritate gums due to their hardware, the smooth feel of clear aligners makes wearing Invisalign® much more comfortable.

Invisalign® For Teens

This efficient and effective treatment option isn’t just available for adults! Teens can also enjoy the ease and comfort of clear aligners. Between sports and social activities, we know the teenage years are an especially busy and exciting time. That’s why Eberle Orthodontics is proud to offer Invisalign® for teens. The treatment has all the same benefits as it does for our adult patients, making it a breeze for your teen to work on straightening their smile without having to give up the things they love! Just remember, your teen needs to wear their aligners for about 22 hours a day. Being consistent is key to achieving their ideal smile.

Treating An Open Bite With Invisalign®

An open bite is when your upper and lower teeth do not come together when you close your mouth. Most of our adult and pediatric patients with an open bite seek treatment due to difficulty chewing, speaking or open mouth breathing. More often than not, this type of orthodontic issue requires jaw surgery; however, the good news is Dr. Eberle is highly experienced in treating an open bite with clear aligners. The clear aligner system goes to work through a series of custom-made trays that fit precisely to your teeth. You will wear each set for about two weeks before switching to a new pair. As you move through the different stages of aligners, your teeth will gradually move closer together, correcting your bite. The length of your treatment will depend on the severity of your case, which Dr. Eberle can discuss with you during your complimentary consultation.

How Invisalign® Prepares Your Teeth For Cosmetic Dentistry

Depending on your case and preference, you may consider treatment with Invisalign® before pursuing treatments such as veneers. This clear aligner system will help straighten your teeth and can reduce the preparation needed prior to your cosmetic dentistry procedure. As a result, this allows us to preserve more of the natural tooth–leading to a stronger foundation and greater oral health. Dr. Eberle will assess your unique situation and evaluate your alignment to determine if you are a good candidate for Invisalign® before veneers.

Ready To Transform Your Smile?

If you are looking for an orthodontic treatment option that is shorter, more comfortable and nearly invisible all while straightening your smile, then Invisalign® may be the way to go. Dr. Eberle will be happy to evaluate your situation and help you on your smile journey. To get started, call our office at 303-320-0307 or click here to schedule your consultation.
